MEET WENDY
Wendy Fumagalli grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Accountancy and a B.S. Marketing. She has spent over 15 years working in financial services for a number of firms in various industries. After living in Lincoln Park for 8 years, a new job transferred the family to Nashville, TN where they would spend the next 5 years. A new job opportunity has brought the family back to Illinois where they now live in the Western Suburbs.
Growing up, her family owned a number of rental properties and Wendy spent her time helping her family remodel various properties. She has always enjoyed seeing the potential every home offers and has helped family and friends through their home buying and renovation processes. Wendy's valuable expertise in finance, marketing, and real estate allows her to effectively counsel her clients on their needs.
